The New Quality Accreditation Process

Joining the NFFF Fish and Chip Quality Accreditation scheme has never been more straight forward.  When you apply for the accreditation you will be sent your log on details to complete your self audit application form.  Which will comprise of completing a number of questions relating to various areas within your business.  You will also be required to submit photographic evidence of your premises, equipment, and paperwork. Don’t worry if you cannot complete the application all in one go as you can pause your submission and return to it again without losing any information!

The NFFF will be on hand for advice if you need any help.

Once we have received your self audit you will be contacted to arrange a one-to-one Zoom assessment discussion with a member of our assessment team.  The Zoom assessment discussion will help the assessor obtain further information about your operation. Our assessment team are there to help you achieve the standard and the Zoom assessment discussion will help ensure we keep the prestige of holding the QA!

Covid Secure

Not only is our new assessment process Covid Secure but holding the Quality Accreditation is another way to demonstrate to your customers that your precautions to reduce the risk of Coronavirus have been assessed and approved.
